During our recent stay at the Demeure in Fontainebleau, we found it a perfect retreat for families. The charming B&B is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the stunning Château de Fontainebleau and various local dining options. Our spacious room included a kitchenette, which was invaluable for preparing simple meals for the kids. The breakfast spread featured a traditional continental offering including fresh croissants, homemade jams, and fruits, served in a warm communal setting that encouraged interactions among guests. Throughout our stay, we enjoyed a variety of nearby activities. We spent an exhilarating day cycling through the scenic forest trails and later relaxed by the pool. The welcoming atmosphere created by the lovely family running the property made us feel right at home. The Demeure is an inviting option for families seeking a blend of comfort and exploration. We would not hesitate to return for another delightful family getaway.
